Section 1

General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and winpesa ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern all use of the winpesa website, mobile interface, and any associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino gaming, slots, arcade games, and promotional activities.

By accessing the winpesa platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the winpesa platform and close your account.

winpesa reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the winpesa website. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

winpesa provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted access, we do not warrant that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors. Scheduled maintenance, technical outages, or events beyond our control may temporarily affect platform availability. winpesa accepts no liability for losses arising directly from platform unavailability during such periods.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the winpesa Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the winpesa platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times of access:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. winpesa does not permit persons under 18 to register, deposit funds, or participate in any game or betting activity on the platform.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a winpesa employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have a currently active self-exclusion arrangement in place with winpesa or any affiliated platform.

winpesa supports and encourages parents and guardians of minors to make use of parental control software to prevent underage persons from accessing online gambling websites. If you have reason to believe that a minor is using your account or has registered independently on winpesa, please contact our support team at support@winpesa immediately.

winpesa operates exclusively in English and primarily targets adult players located in Bangladesh. Players from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh are welcome to register provided they meet all eligibility criteria above.

Section 3

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of winpesa services, you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes at any point after registration.

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on winpesa. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. winpesa employs detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the player will be suspended permanently and all balances, including any pending withdrawals, will be forfeited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

winpesa reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the player relationship, including at the point of registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or following any unusual account activity. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to, a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence, accompanied by a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal rights or account access until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winpesa username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. winpesa will never request your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on winpesa are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). winpesa supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional banking options including Dutch-Bangla Bank and City Bank are available for eligible players.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on winpesa is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by the platform, although your chosen payment provider may apply its own transaction limits. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. winpesa does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits are credited to your winpesa account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider, which is typically immediate for bKash and Nagad transactions.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, subject to that method's availability for withdrawals. winpesa reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission for verified accounts; bKash and Nagad withdrawals typically arrive within two hours of processing.

Transaction Fees

winpesa does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (for example, bKash or Nagad) may apply their own service charges in accordance with their published fee schedules. winpesa accepts no responsibility for fees levied by third-party payment providers.

Currency

All account balances, bonuses, bets, and payouts on winpesa are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). winpesa does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. Any funds deposited in a foreign currency will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. winpesa is not responsible for any exchange rate losses.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

winpesa offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus provisions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this section, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

Welcome Bonus

New players who register an account and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for winpesa's Welcome Bonus of 100% up to ৳20,000. The Welcome Bonus is credited to the player's bonus wallet upon successful deposit and is subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal may be requested. The Welcome Bonus must be used within 30 days of being credited; unused bonus funds expire after this period.

General Bonus Terms

• One Welcome Bonus per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• winpesa reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through irregular betting patterns, arbitrage, or coordinated play with other accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Only bets placed with real-money funds (not bonus funds) are eligible for contributions towards loyalty or VIP programme calculations, where such programmes are in operation.
• Reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and cricket-specific tournament boosts are subject to their own individual terms published at the time each promotion is launched.

Section 6

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting and casino gaming on winpesa is governed by the rules of the respective sport, game, or event, as interpreted and applied by winpesa. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you acknowledge that all decisions made by winpesa with respect to the application of these rules are final and binding.

Sports Betting

winpesa offers pre-match and in-play betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and all Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Bet acceptance is at the sole discretion of winpesa. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, it is binding except where winpesa determines that an error has occurred in the published odds or that the event is subject to cancellation.

In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or declared void, winpesa reserves the right to settle bets in accordance with its standard event-voiding rules. Affected stakes will typically be returned to the player's account balance unless otherwise specified in the sport-specific rules.

Casino Games

All casino games available on winpesa — including live dealer tables powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — operate in accordance with the rules and payout structures set by the respective game provider. winpesa does not modify the rules or RTP (return-to-player) percentages of any game. Technical malfunctions void all related game rounds and stakes are returned to the player's account.

Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by sport, market, and game type. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement or game entry. winpesa reserves the right to alter bet limits at any time without prior notice, including reducing maximum bet limits for individual players where it has reason to believe that unusual or professional betting patterns are present.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on winpesa and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering under a false name or another person's identity.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Making deposits from a payment account not registered in your own name.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, reversed transactions, or exploitation of payment system errors.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or sports betting for the purpose of defrauding winpesa or other players.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corrupt conduct in relation to sporting events offered on the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be forfeited.
• Attempting to launder money or using winpesa for any illegal financial transaction.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing winpesa staff or other players via any communication channel.

winpesa reserves the right to monitor all account activity and betting patterns. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, winpesa may suspend account access, withhold withdrawals, and conduct a full investigation before making a final determination. Players will be notified of the outcome of any investigation affecting their account within a reasonable timeframe.

Section 8

Account Closure & Termination

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your winpesa account at any time by contacting our support team at support@winpesa. Prior to account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Closure by winpesa

winpesa reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a requested timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
• Conduct that winpesa reasonably considers harmful to the integrity of the platform or its other players.

Where an account is closed by winpesa due to confirmed misconduct, any remaining balance — including real-money funds — may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation or legal proceedings. winpesa will communicate the reason for closure to the player except where doing so would prejudice an ongoing investigation.

Responsible Gaming — Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary time-out or self-exclusion arrangement via the winpesa account settings or by contacting support@winpesa. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During any active exclusion period, the player's account is suspended and no marketing communications will be sent.
